Note: These are the most common products Housekeeper’s will carry with them. If you have specific product(s) you wish the housekeepers to use at your home, please let us know and we can arrange for the housekeeper to follow your requests.
Probiotic Cleaner
Probiotic cleaning is different. Traditional disinfectants or harsh cleaners take the approach of killing all living microbes on any given surface: Kills 99.99%, as they often tout.
Probiotic cleaning works on the opposite principle by adding an army of favorable probiotics to keep germs at bay the way nature does within our bodies. The probiotics we use are the same as found in many supplement food sources you buy in the grocery store, like yogurt; the probiotics are FDA approved and completely safe for human and pets.
Orange Star Brite
All Purpose Citrus Cleaner Degreaser is a cleaning crew in a bottle. Made from the extracted rind from citrus of oranges, filling your home with a delightful smelling sweet, effervescent scent. It is completely natural, non-toxic and biodegradable. This powerful cleaner will quickly and easily cut through tough dirt, grime, oil, and more, leaving a sparkling clean fresh-citrus scent behind.
Basic H2 by Shaklee
This all purpose cleaner has been around since the 1960 developed by Dr Forrest Shaklee, one of the pioneers of what we today call “green” cleaning. Naturally derived and sustainably sourced cleaning agents from corn and coconut. It contains biodegradable surfactants, has no phosphates or dyes; unlike many all-purpose cleaners that may contain toxins that can be absorbed through the skin or inhaled, and synthetic solvents that may cause hormone disruptions, nasal, skin, and eye irritation, or liver or kidney damage.
Hillyard Top Clean
An all-purpose cleaner that removes soil and leaves a naturally clean surface. It preserves the original appearance of surfaces like wood or tile floors, without leaving the dull build-up like many other “natural” cleaners do. Top Clean is a neutral pH formula (like water), which means it is safe to use on delicate or chemically sensitive surfaces like granite, marble or expensive wood flooring.
Bon Ami/Bar Keepers Friend Powder Scrub
Bon Ami’s original formula dates back to 1886. It’s an effective cleaner without harsh chemicals, but is gentle to use on most hard surfaces because its main ingredients are made from naturally soft abrasives like feldspar, limestone, baking soda and ash.
Bar Keepers Friend has been around since 1882 and is also made from naturally occurring ingredients, including their “secret” ingredient Oxalic Acid, which comes from certain fruits and vegetables such as rhubarb, spinach and beet leaves.
Both cleaners are considered safe for People, Pets and Planet Friendly®.
Kirkland Dish Soap
Many people are familiar with Costco’s Kirkland’s dish soap. It is Eco-Friendly; gentle on hands; is highly biodegradable; contains no phosphates or dyes; and it works really well.
